Visitor Registration is now open online. Click the "Exhibits Only" button on the home page and register free of charge. (Save $20.00 on-site fee). Your visitor badge will be mailed to you prior to the Show. If you require a Visa Invitation letter, please see the International Visitors section. Please apply as early as possible. The CHEM SHOW, through Travel Planners in New York City (800-221-3531) offers discounted room rates for all Chem Show Exhibitors and Visitors. Free shuttle bus service is provided to and from the Convention Center on Show days only. Bus schedules will be posted on our website later in the year and will also be posted in participating Hotel lobbies. Discounted airfares, car rentals, and other travel information can also be found on the website under the Visitor tab - Hotel & Travel. Of the three major airports in the New York metropolitan area La Guardia Airport is the closest to midtown and the Javits Center. Travel time by taxi from the airports to midtown Manhattan varies by airport. Travel time from LaGuardia to midtown can take anywhere from 25-40 minutes. JFK can take anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour and Newark 40 to 60 minutes.
